Legacy & estate organization

Everything your family will need, in one place they can actually find.

Documents, accounts, your will, and the words you'd want them to hear first — kept in one secure vault and released to the people you trust, exactly when they need it.

Free to download · iPhone & Android · 256-bit encryption

The average estate takes months to settle — most of it spent looking for paperwork.

The life insurance policy in a drawer nobody opened. The account nobody knew existed. The phone nobody could unlock. Grief is hard enough without a scavenger hunt attached to it.

What Rememberli keeps for you

📁

Document vault

Passports, deeds, insurance policies, account details, medical records. Find any of it in seconds and share it over WhatsApp or email when you need to.

📜

Will builder

A step-by-step guide with no legal jargon and no appointments. The thing you've been meaning to do for three years, done in one sitting.

👥

Trusted contacts

Name the people who should have access. They see what you've chosen for them and nothing else — and only when the time actually comes.

✉️

The first letter

Before they see anything else, your family reads your words. Clear direction when grief makes everything feel impossible to decide.

🎙️

Audio diary & biography

Your story, in your own voice. Guided questions turn scattered recordings into something your grandchildren can actually sit down and listen to.

🖼️

Memories & albums

Photographs and video, organized and preserved — passed on deliberately rather than lost inside a locked phone.

Nobody gets access early. That's the whole design.

The most common question we get is whether a trusted contact can peek. They can't.

You choose who, and what

Each trusted contact is granted access to specific things — documents, letters, albums — and nothing outside that.

Access stays sealed while you're here

Until the release process begins, a trusted contact can see that they've been named and nothing more.

Release has to be requested and verified

The process can't be triggered silently or unilaterally. It requires verification before anything is unlocked.

Your letter comes first

When access opens, your family reads your message before they see any documents — so they know what they're looking at and what matters most.

What your family will actually look for

If you do nothing else today, gather these. Most people are missing at least four.

Common questions

Is a will made with Rememberli legally valid?

Rememberli helps you produce a clear, complete draft without the jargon. Requirements for execution — signing, witnesses, notarization — vary by state, and the app walks you through what yours needs. For a large or complicated estate, or anything contested, have an attorney review it. Rememberli is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Can a trusted contact see my documents before they should?

No. Access stays sealed until the release process is requested and verified. Until then a trusted contact can only see that you've named them.

What happens to my vault if I stop paying?

Every plan includes a lifetime access guarantee, and you can export everything you've uploaded at any time. You are never locked out of your own documents.

How is this different from a safe deposit box?

A safe deposit box is often sealed on death until an executor is appointed, which is exactly when your family needs it. It also can't hold your voice, deliver a letter in 2044, or be searched from a phone.

What about my online accounts?

Store account details and instructions alongside everything else. Digital accounts don't close on their own — without access, they simply stay locked indefinitely.

I'm doing this for my parent, not myself. Does that work?

Yes, and it's common. Set it up together on their phone and have them name you as a trusted contact. That way the vault is genuinely theirs, and you're not holding their documents on their behalf.

Start with one document.

Not the whole filing cabinet. Just the one your family would look for first.
